By accessing or using Koydo Language you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Koydo Language is an AI-powered CEFR language learning platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: reverse-engineer the platform, share account access, use automated bots to game the question system, or violate applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, and software are owned by Koydo or licensed to Koydo. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific language proficiency outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
