We collect information you provide directly (email address, learning progress, quiz responses) and information collected automatically (usage data, device type, IP address for rate limiting).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: provide and improve the Koydo Language service, personalise your CEFR learning path with AI-powered recommendations, send progress reports and product updates (opt-out available), process payments securely via Stripe.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Koydo Language (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, OpenAI for AI Tutor features).

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@koydo.app.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact privacy@koydo.app to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. No third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

Koydo Language is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
